We are ready now!  Join us!  We want to build a magical family getaway!  We are looking for investors and donations!  Every little bit helps.  (We anticipate this to be a multi-million dollar project.)

We have property in upper Cache Valley, where we would love to create a Family Retreat! 

We believe that it would be a great place for all families to un-plug and grow closer!  It would also work well as a work retreat, sisters conference, wedding receptions, and the list is endless!   

          Phase I is a Victorian Home.  This will accommodate families, Weddings, Corporation Events and also work as a Bed & Breakfast.   

          Phase II are the Gardens and Hedge Maze.  Beautiful Gardens, Hedge Maze, Archery and Jousting field.  

         Phase III, is a Castle!  Complete with a Ballroom, Grand Staircase, Library, Hidden  Passages, Themed Parties, Balls, Medieval Banquets, Weddings, etc.

       We have been hosting a "Royal Celebration" in our home for more than 16 Years.  It is so much fun!  We invite the teenagers in our neighborhood and now our grandchildren to be the cast.  It is a free event and has grown more and more each year!  We now have it in a tea party fashion, where parents and grandparents bring their children and share an hour of royal fun!  We average 3 parties and host about 20-25 children and 10-15 adults per party.  We have dreamed of being able to have it at a real castle and with your help we can.

 

In 2022 We had a Royal Hat Party Celebrating the Queen Of England!  It was so fun, we will do hats again this year!

Yes!  We added Stocks and Hosted 3 Medieval Banquets!

We are planning to build a Castle here in the Western United States.

If you love castles and history as much as we do, you will enjoy having one so close!  

It will be a fun memorable getaway as family or friends.  It can be as simple as a quiet retreat to a unique Bed and Breakfast or make it a romantic event and join us for a Medieval or a Victorian Banquet. 

The castle will also be ideal for conventions or business meetings with a unique flare and focus.

Austen Evenings

Join us for an Austen Evening.  Have a leisurely Victorian Meal, dressed in costume for the era.  Enjoy music and conversation with a group of your own friends, or come meet new friends who share your same interest. 

Walk the gardens and maze, sit for silhouette or play group games of the period. 

Those who really want to delve into the Victorian Era can participate in or enjoy watching a re-enactment of some of the most popular Jane Austen novels.

Potter Party

Come for a meal in the Great hall, participate in the “sorting”, or watch as two wizards dual.  Enjoy a game of “Potter Trivia” or just enjoy a fun meal, including pumpkin juice and treacle tarts.

Highwaymen

Have you ever heard of Highwaymen?  Well, there is one who insists on interrupting the Barron’s Banquets!  Come for a “Medieval Highwayman Banquet” if you dare! 

Are the Highway men really as romantic and dashing as the novels say?  Judge for your self as you witness his fencing ability and cheer for the Barron or his assailant.

Knights of the Round Table

You are invited to join the Knights of the Round Table!  Of course you will have to demonstrate that you are worthy for such an honor.

Come for an afternoon of archery and fencing.  After you have had some time to practice, the contest will begin!   Those who win, earn the right to sit at the round table with the King!  Awards will be announced and given at a Knights Banquet with the “new Knights” taking their seat at the round table.

Medieval Banquet

Come enjoy a Medieval Banquet with the Barron.  Enjoy entertainment and food of the time.  Sit back and enjoy!

If you have time, come early and enjoy walking through the beautiful gardens and our fun maze! 

Robin Hood

Do you like archery?  Come compete against Robin Hood or barrack (cheer) for your favorite archer.  Have time to fine tune your aim and then compete against the famous thief of the forest! 

If you really enjoy the time period, arrange to stay for a celebration banquet following the competition. 

Royal Ball

Step back in time:  Bring your spouse or sweetheart and enjoy an evening of Royalty.  Learn the minuet or waltz your way into her heart!  Come just for the ball or arrange to come for the banquet prior to the ball.  Dress for the time period and see if the romance of the era doesn’t sweep you both off your feet!  

Princess Party

Bring your little princess’ to the castle to learn royal protocol, have her hair styled, and then attend a princess gathering.  You never know what princesses will turn up and a visit from the King would certainly be in order!

Shakespeare Anyone?

Come enjoy dining to the music of a minstrel, or enjoy parts of your favorite Shakespeare plays!  For a more complete evening, dress up or arrange to stay over night in one of the many themed rooms!

Planning a Youth Conference or Retreat?

Stay in the dungeons!   The dungeons are set up in dorm like fashion and make it more affordable for a youth gathering.  The possibilities are endless.
